ジオキャッシング(関東地方)の新年会
オフィシャルgeocaching.comでイベントキャッシュが公開されましたが、関東地方のジオキャッシングの新年会です。
関東地方のジオキャッシング新年会イベント開催のご案内です。
開催日は2011-1-22(土)です。一次会を10:00〜17:00頃に関東各地でキャッシュハントし、二次会は渋谷で宴会(反省会?)です。一次 会では、初心者講習会も予定しているので、ジオキャッシングを始めたばかり、興味はあるけど機会がなくてという方もぜひご参加ください。
二次会の参加申し込み締め切りは2011-1-14(金)とします。
Please be invited to Geocaching New Year Party in Kanto Region.
We will have event on Jan. 22, 2011. Start at 10:00 for geocaching in various places in Kanto (see below), then we will have party in Shibuya. An tutorial for geocaching will be held in Shibuya in daytime.
Please inform your attendance before Jan. 14, 2011 in order to reserve the restaurant.

1. 一次会 Cache hunt
時間: 10:00〜17:00頃(各エリアによります。追ってここに記載します)
Time: 10:00 - 17:00 (depends on the area. the latest information will be posted in this document)
エリア area:
(1) 千葉市 Chiba city
(2) 船橋市 Funabashi city
(3) さいたま市 Saitama city
(4) 川越市 Kawagoe city
(5) 横浜市 Yokohama city
(6) 鎌倉市 Kamakura city
(7) 渋谷区(初心者講習会参加者、講師希望者限定) Shibuya ward (beginner and instructer only)
* (7)の渋谷はfound数50以下の初心者の方および講師を希望する方に限って募集します。講習会では、簡単な概要説明と、ハンディGPSをお貸しして(台数に限りがあります)、実際のキャッシュ探しを体験していただくことができます。
Shibuya area only accept beginner who found caches equal or less than 50, or geocacher who want to be instructor. You can use free GPS receiver. But the number of the GPS receiver is limited.
* 各エリアの参加人数が少ない場合は、他のエリアに移動をお願いすることがありますので、ご了承ください。
If the participant is few in a area, I may ask to move to other area.
* 各エリアで隊長を1人指名させていただきます。隊長の方は、集合場所および各エリアの方への連絡、当日のキャッシュさがしのリーダーをお願いします。
I ask one of geocacher to be leader. The starting time and meeting location will be informed from the leader.
* 移動手段は徒歩を原則とします。各エリアで、レンタサイクル・レンタカー等の利用は各エリアの隊長の方に調整をお願いします。
Expected transportation in cache hunt will be walking. If the leader suggest the other transportation such as rental bike and rental car, please decide the transportation method among geocachers in the area.
* 一次会そのものの参加費は不要ですが、当日の交通費、食事代等発生した費用は各自で負担ください。
The cache hunt is free of charge. But please bear your own cost such as transportation fee and foods.
2. 二次会 Party
時間: 18:30〜21:30頃 (開場 18:15)
Time: 18:30 - 21:30 (restaurant open at 18:15)
集合: N 35° 39.507’ N 139° 42.008’に、18:15に集合してください。その後、会場に移動します。
Meeting: Please come to N 35° 39.507’ N 139° 42.008’ at 18:15. Then we will move to the restaurant.

6〜19歳 6-19 years old: 3,000円 JPY3,000

* 三次会は特に設定しません。渋谷周辺の夜勤活動、どこかに飲みに行くなど各自にお任せいたします。
I don’t have official plan after the party. Please be free after the party such as cache hunt, go to bar, etc.
* 当日、TB交換をするので、交換を希望する方はトラベルバグ、ジオコインなどをお持ちください。
If you want to exchange your travel bug, geocoins etc, please bring them with you.
* 会場は、自転車を持ち込めないので、できるだけ徒歩で参加ください。自転車を持ってくる方は近隣の駐輪場の利用をお願いします。
There is no parking space in restaurant. I recommend to come there by public transportation such as train, bus.
* 二次会の参加費は、多少変動する可能性があります。人数が確定した時点(2011-1-1頃)で参加費をお知らせいたします。
The participation fee may be changed slightly depends on participants.
* 当日、記念品・景品を提供いただける方は、お持ちいただけると助かります。
If you will bring prize of present for geocachers, it will be appreciated.
* 以前イベントで名札ケースを受け取った方は、お持ち下さい。お渡ししていない方は、当日、お渡しします。
If you have your badge case provided in previous event, please bring it. If you don’t have the badge case, we will provide it to you.
